A take-home system involves wearing a very thin clear plastic tray which we make from an impression of your mouth. This system has many advantages over in-chair or laser/light activated systems, such as the ability to target individual teeth or stop the whitening when you are happy with the shade. You also have the ability to boost the whitening every few months if you keep the trays. You can buy refills of the whitening agent. The tray is worn for an hour or two a day for a week or two or you can take breaks and use the system at a slower pace if you prefer.
We also have a gel called Relief that you can put in the tray after whitening, to relieve any sensitivity that you may have. The stronger (e.g. 22%) systems can cause some sensitivity.
